My wi-fi is on, but the app does not respond or is frozen (unresponsive)

  • If your wi-fi connection works and you do not see a ‘signal lost’ message on the app, then there is possibly something wrong with your wifi router or your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  • As a possible solution, you can try to switch off your wifi connection and use your phone’s mobile data.
  • To get unstuck from a frozen (unresponsive) screen, close the app and open it again.
  • If this problem persists, please contact your ISP to resolve connectivity issues.
