What happens if I have no internet access?

  • You will get a message in red, “Signal Lost: You are in read-only mode”
  • With no internet access you will be able to see everything you have already done on CropsProfit but you cannot change it, get live prices or see what your other team members have done until your internet connection is restored.
  • The “Signal Lost” banner can also be shown for a few seconds if your internet connection is unstable. When you get this message, first give your phone about 10 seconds to see if it can restore its connection to the internet again.
  • CropsProfit is working in real-time and you can lose data when you make changes in the time that you do not have internet connectivity. The “Signal lost” banner helps you to see when your connection to the internet is not working.
  • If the “Signal Lost” message persists you can switch your phone’s wifi off and and use your phone’s mobile data.
  • If this problem still persists, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to resolve your connectivity issue.
